Massage and Reflexology

Q: Can you get a massage and reflexology at the same time?

Yes! Reflexology added to your massage sessions can help the body relax deeply and make massage benefits last longer. Massage therapy aims to alleviate pain and tension on the structure level, and reflexology is associated with specific relaxation, and focuses on the functions and systems of the body.

However, reflexology is not limited to optimization of the overall well-being of the body. With its specific pressure and precise thumb and finger movements on the feet, hands, and face/ears, it is very effective to treat structural conditions as well. Stiff, aching and painful joints and muscles, plantar fasciitis, gout, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, sinus, TMJ, and headache are just a few of many common conditions that can be helped by reflexology alone or in conjunction with massage.

Massage/Foot Reflexology

Massage focuses on the specific area for relief and foot reflexology elaborates the session to a deep relaxation. Massage and foot reflexology together can help soothe your tired and achy body including the feet that are under constant physical, emotional pressure and stress. Lower limb and foot conditions can be helped.

Massage/Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology has a wonderful effect on emotions. Calm body and mind is an essential part of physical and mental well-being. Upper limb and hand conditions can be benefitted.

Massage/Facial/Ear Reflexology

Facial/Ear reflexology stimulates the cranial and facial nerves and induces parasympathetic a.k.a rest and digest  nerve system quickly. Sleep disorder, anxiety, stress, headache and TMJ can be helped along with neck and shoulder massage.
