Cancellation and No Show Policies
Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason (including emergency or sickness), you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment. If however you can find another client to take your place at the scheduled time, no fee will be charged. I want to stress that I do care deeply about all of my clients, but my livelihood depends on delivering my services regularly and consistently during my working day, and late cancellations and no show's have been a major stress factor in my practice. If in turn I cancel on any patient without 24 hours notice, their future late cancellation fee will be waived.
Late Arrival

Appointments will not be extended past the scheduled time slot and missed appointment time will not be reimbursed.
Gift Certificates

A gift certificate is a prepaid service and will be expired after 1 year from the date it was purchased.

If purchased and rates go up, recipient is responsible for difference in fee.
