Don't have benefits for Reflexology?
Reflexology treatments performed by a Registered Massage Therapist are often covered by massage benefits. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
Please double check your individual insurance benefits packages to see if reflexology is covered. Sometimes coverage can be included in the massage therapy (it may say massage/reflexology), or they may just write massage, but if you read the paragraph description to determine, it will includes reflexology.

Additionally, many insurance firms will also cover reflexology under a health spending account.
A few insurance firms say that they are not seeing the "demand" for reflexology which is why they are not covering it. It's better to send in receipts anyways as sometimes insurance firms will cover the session and also to create that demand in their eyes.

Cancellation and No Show Policies

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason (including emergency or sickness), you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment. If however you can find another client to take your place at the scheduled time, no fee will be charged. I want to stress that I do care deeply about all of my clients, but my livelihood depends on delivering my services regularly and consistently during my working day, and late cancellations and no show's have been a major stress factor in my practice. If in turn I cancel on any client without 24 hours notice, their future late cancellation fee will be waived.
